HM King congratulates Kuwait’s Emir

Manama, Jan. 29 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabeh, the Emir of Kuwait, on the celebrations of the 12th anniversary of his assumption of power. HM King Hamad expressed his best wishes of abundant health and happiness to HH the Emir and of further progress and prosperity to the people of Kuwait under the wise leadership of HH the Emir.
