HRH Premier congratulated by BIPA director-general

Manama, Sep. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has received a cable of congratulations from the Director-General of the Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), Dr. Raed bin Shams, marking BIPA’s winning the King Hamad Award for Youth Empowerment to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. The achievement was attained thanks to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s comprehensive and ambitious vision, as well as HRH the Prime Minister’s sound approach aimed at meeting the expectations of the nation and the citizens, Bin Shams said. He added that HRH Premier has outlined the features of the government action in a way that would achieve sustainable development at all levels, and enhance the efficiency of the government’s work to improve the quality of services delivered to the citizens. Dr. Bin Shams pledged to continue work in order to intensify BIPA’s plans and strategies that are in line with HRH Premier’s far-sighted vision in order to enable youth national leaders to lead the development process and achieve comprehensive development in the kingdom. BIPA chief prayed to Allah the Almighty to protect HRH Premier and enable him to bring about more progress and prosperity to Bahrain and its loyal people.
