HRH Premier praises ties with Indonesia

Manama, July 30 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received here today the newly-appointed Indonesian Ambassador to Bahrain, Nur Syahrir Rahardjo, at the Gudaibiya Palace today. HRH the Prime Minister lauded the steadily-progressing Bahraini-Indonesian cooperation in various fields, which, he said, reflects the depth and distinction of bilateral relations. The Prime Minister stressed the kingdom’s unwavering efforts to broaden its cooperation and coordination with Indonesia in order to achieve the interests of the two friendly countries. HRH Premier said he was looking forward to consolidating the exchange of expertise between the two countries, stressing that the way is well paved for the private sector in the two countries to enhance bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation in light of the available attraction elements. HRH the Prime Minister reviewed with the Indonesian envoy ways to strengthen joint cooperation, wishing him every success in his diplomatic duties. The Indonesian ambassador lauded HRH the Prime Minister’s efforts to bolster cooperation with his country. He praised the development and progress boom witnessed by the kingdom in various fields, as well as the distinguished regional status it enjoys thanks to its leadership and vision to build a modern and developed state.
