HRH Premier receives Duraz village delegation

Manama, June 11 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has stressed the government’s keenness on meeting the citizens’ needs, and on delivering all the services that ensure that every village or city across Bahrain is covered by the country’s development march. HRH the Prime Minister affirmed that the development programmes aimed at fulfilling the citizens’ aspirations are continuing. HRH Premier stressed that no priority tops the right of the citizens to live and work in a secure and stable environment, and that challenges, however great they are, cannot impede the government’s desire to achieve the best for them, adding that the government will spare no effort to harness all its potentials to ensure that the citizens enjoy advanced services within a stable and secure atmosphere in which all their housing, education and health needs are provided. The Prime Minister emphasised that the government’s doors are always kept open for the citizens, and for everyone seeking good for the nation and the best for their community. HRH the Prime Minister made the statements while receiving a delegation from the Duraz village, including dignitaries, MPs and representatives of its citizens. Members of the delegation extended thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister for his directives to develop their village and meet their needs regarding housing and other services. HRH Premier said that developments may change the order of priorities, but ensuring an advanced service environment in which all housing, education and health needs are provided within a secure and stable environment will come before everything else. Communication and discussion on national and service needs within the framework of a civilizational partnership can achieve many things that cannot be attained through other means. Addressing the Duraz delegation, HRH the Prime Minister reiterated the government’s interest in ensuring the security and stability of everyone, and, in pushing development forward, at the same time, and looks forward to seeing every citizen acting as security personnel in their town or village through rejecting attempts to subvert security and order or violate the law. The Prime Minister underlined the government’s keenness to ensure that all villages and towns in Bahrain receive their share of the development and service projects so that all the citizens enjoy the requirements of decent living. The citizens are the heart of the development process the kingdom is witnessing in various fields, and all the government’s programmes aim to achieve development that benefits them, the Premier said, adding that officials have been directed to devote their time and efforts to serving the citizens, whether in villages or towns. HRH Premier highlighted the importance of enhancing interaction and rapprochement among members of the same society within the one-family approach, stressing that the ultimate goal of all efforts is to improve the citizens’ lives and provide the requirements of decent life for them. Dr. Ali Mansoor Al-Shehab, in a statement on behalf of the Duraz citizens, extended thanks and appreciation to HRH the Prime Minister for his directives to identify the needs of the region regarding various services, noting that the Premier’s instructions have contributed to expediting the implementation of a number of infrastructure projects. He affirmed that the Prime Minister’s interest in the Duraz citizens’ needs is not surprising, as he masterminded the economic and development march in the kingdom, laid down the rules of human and urban development, consolidated Bahrain’s image and his name has always been associated with landmark achievements.
