HRH Premier receives Health Minister

Manama, Feb. 12 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa stressed the government’s efforts to upgrade the health sector and ensure it copes with the international health systems to guarantee the best healthcare for all citizens.  HRH the Premier was speaking as he received at Gudaibiya Palace today Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al Saleh who introduced to him newly appointed Health Ministry Undersecretary, Assistant Undersecretaries and Directors. HRH congratulated them, wishing them success in serving the health sector which, he said, has witnessed great development to provide outstanding health services for all people in Bahrain. He stressed Bahrain’s unwavering keenness to meet the standards of the World Health Organisation to further improve those services. HRH the Prime Minister lauded the competencies working in the health sector and the high quality services provided by them which reflects the great confidence in Bahrain’s health system. He emphasised the government’s keenness to further enhance the competence of the medical staff through training and rehabilitation programmes. He also stressed the government’s continuous support to the health sector by providing it with highly qualified staff, commending the Bahraini competencies. The Health Minister expressed thanks and respect to HRH the Premier for his support to the health sector and keenness on providing the people in Bahrain with top-quality health services.  The Health Ministry officials expressed thanks and gratitude to HRH the Prime Minister for his unflinching care to the Bahraini competencies and keenness on providing support to the health sector.
