INTERNATIONAL CIVIL-MILITARY RELATIONS COURSE TAKES PLACE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The International civil-military relations course for officers co-organized with the Canadian Armed Forces is taking place in Ulaanbaatar. More than 50 soldiers from 13 countries are participating in the course. The attendants will be trained to serve in the international peacekeeping activities and other military operations. The course is conducted by over 10 Canadian Armed Forces trainers. This course aims to train high-level civil-military relations officers, to strengthen military cooperation of the countries participating in the program and to exchange experiences. The International training on ‘Public relations’ organized in 2006 in Mongolia under the ‘Military training and cooperation program’ of the Government of Canada was effective and served as a basis for further trainings.
