Iranian nuclear dispute may solved in short term

Iranian President said during a live speech with people that Iran is keen to negotiate the nuclear program, based on NPT, in just atmosphere and respecting Iran's rights.
Before that, Rouhani said on Sep.9 that discussions on Iran's nuclear programme will be held in New York.
The visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in New York is expected in late September.
The Iranian President will participate at the meeting of the UN General Assembly. It is expected that during this meeting Iran's official representatives will meet with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton.
He said that after this meeting, Iran and P5+1 should schedule a meeting to keep nuclear talks.
Rouhani said that Iran's approach is based on mutual confidence and the nuclear dispute will be solved in short term if the West will have serious willingness.
He said that nuclear talks should have a win-win end.
Rouhahi also condemned chemical attack in Syria occurred on August 21, saying that the U.S. wanted to use from this event as a tool to strike over Syria, but the situation is getting better.
Iranian President Rouhani added that Tehran has done whatever it could to prevent the war.
"I discussed the issue with several presidents of states, while Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif actively has had telephone talks with at least 35 foreign ministers of states to prevent from a dangerous war", he said.
Rouhani called the Syria as the frontier of residence (against Israel), saying Iran hopes the war would never begin. Iranian president said that his country welcomes all international initiatives and efforts to keep peace in framework of international laws.
