Joint events to accentuate Bahraini-Italian cultural exchange

Manama, Jan. 25 (BNA): HH Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa today received Italian Ambassador to Bahrain, Domenico Pilato, and discussed ways to stage joint cultural activities to highlight the extent of cultural exchange between the two countries. The governor praised the progressing bilateral relations in various fields, noting the Bahraini community’s receptivity to the Italian culture, which enhances bridges of friendship between the two nations.  He commended the ambassador’s role in boosting cooperation in the interest of the two sides.  The ambassador lauded the governor’s interest in the Italian culture and holding joint events, welcoming cooperation with the Southern Governorate at various levels.
