Leadership exchanges congratulations on NAC anniversary

Manama, Feb. 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a cable of congratulations from HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa marking the 17th anniversary of the National Action Charter (NAC). HRH the Premier said the NAC expresses the royal vision on promoting the progress and prosperity process witnessed by the homeland. HRH the Premier stressed resolve to continue efforts to achieve the royal aspirations towards bringing more development, wishing HM the king good health and happiness. HM the King sent a cable of thanks in reply to the HRH Premier’s congratulations, wishing him good health and happiness to continue bringing development accomplishments. HM the King received another cable of congratulations from HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister marking the same occasion. HRH Crown Prince said the national occasion is crucially important day in Bahrain’s modern history, adding the launch of the NAC has reinforced Bahrain’s standing as a country supportive to development and renewal. He wished HM the King abundant health and happiness to continue leading the development march towards the homeland’s prosperity. HM the King sent a cable of thanks to HRH Crown Prince, in which stressed keenness to bring further development, looking forward to continue the democratic process and achieving citizens’ aspirations, wishing HRH Crown Prince good health and wellbeing. HRH Premier and HRH Crown Prince also exchanged cables of congratulations on the 17th NAC anniversary.
