Lebanese Min: Regional States Should Use Iran's Scientific Achievements

Beirut, April 29, IRNA - Lebanese Minister of Agriculture Hossein Haj Hassan said on Saturday regional countries can make use of Iranian scientific achievements and potentials. He told IRNA that Iran has attained a high scientific status and this can help regional countries in most fields of sciences. As Hezbollah representative in Najib Mighati’s cabinet, Hassan said Iran has repeatedly announced that it is ready to provide regional countries especially the Arab countries with its scientific experiences and achievements. Pointing to the agreements singed by Iran and Lebanon, he said some of those agreements are being implemented and some others will soon be executed. The Lebanese minister hailed Iran-Lebanon agricultural ties and said that mutual cooperation especially in the fields of veterinary and medicinal plants was growing. Hassan reiterated that all regional countries can make use of Iranian experiences in the fields of health, electricity, agriculture and industry./end
