MONGOLIAN AND KOREAN TEACHERS TO SHARE EXPERIENCES

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ One of the multilateral relations between Mongolia and S.Korea is “ROK-Mongolia teacher exchange programme”. It was realized in 2011 in Sukhbaatar distrct, this year it has been implemented nationwide. The opening ceremony of the “ROK-Mongolia teacher exchange program” ran in the UB city on September 20. Present were a vice Minister for Education and Science, Ms B.Undarmaa, a head of Regulatory department for policy implementation Ms D.Erdenechimeg, a Director of Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) Mr Lee Seunghwan and others. The program has attracted 20 Mongolian and 20 S.Korean teachers. They are to exchange opinions and teaching methods, to cooperate with other teachers, to organize out-of-school activities. The Korean teachers will work at several schools here for three months, their Mongolian counterparts will head S.Korea this October to work three months as well. There are five Korean teachers for primary classes, others will teach in secondary schools the Korean language, English, maths, natural history, history, music, informatics.
