National Korean Dress Show Opens

Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- The 14th national show of Korean dress opened with due ceremony at the Central Youth Hall on Wednesday. The show was held under the theme of "The best Korean dress in the world". On display are more than 1 100 pieces of men's and women's Korean dresses and seasonal dresses such as casuals, gala dresses, wedding dresses and children's dresses presented by technicians and skilled workers of factories in the field of garment industry and tailor's shops, and members of the women's union. The dress show would involve a workshop on the advantages of Korean dresses, features of their varieties, methods of tailoring and making Korean trousers and jackets and garment technology book service. -0-
