News Photo Awards. A Changing World awards ceremony postponed

MOSCOW, March 21. /TASS/. Russian News Agency TASS has decided to postpone the News Photo Awards. A Changing World international photo contest awards ceremony from March 24 to a later date, the Department of Corporate Communications said on Monday. "Once again, we would like to thank all you photojournalists, who sent in your work. We will keep you posted about the new date," the statement says. Some 5,000 images have been submitted for the contest by photographers from 74 countries. Among them are reporters from Anadolu, Associated Press, EFE, Kyodo News, Metropoles, Reuters, Saudi Press Agency and Xinhua. The majority of images have been received from China, the United States, India, Turkey, Brazil, Spain and Russia. News Photo Awards. A Changing World is the second photo contest organized by TASS Russian News Agency. The first contest was entitled Overcoming COVID and focused on combating the coronavirus pandemic. Read more
