PM to visit Chanthaburi tomorrow

BANGKOK, June 6 (TNA) – Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-ocha is scheduled to visit the 2017 Fruitpial Fair the eastern province of Chanthaburi tomorrow. The fair is being organised from June 3-11. The prime minister will also visit the Khitchakut Cooperatives and follow up the progress in farm product projects. Before his tomorrow’s visit, he met Chnathaburi fruit farmers and the organisers of the Fruitpital Fair at Government House today. Gen Prayut also tasted famous fruit of Chanthaburi, put on display outside Government House’s building, including Kleep Samut durian, a strain of durians, indigenous to this eastern province. He said he was satisfactory that farmers can fetch good prices from their fruits this year. (TNA)
