President Jeenbekov arrives in Moscow with working visit

Moscow, Feb.27, 2020 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov arrived today in Moscow, Russia for a two-day working visit, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported. Jeenbekov will hold a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin to disuss the current state and prospects of Kyrgyz-Russian relations. The heads of two states will attend the opening ceremony of the Cross Year of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, bilateral meetings of Sooronbay Jeenbekov with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev are also planned. Within the framework of the visit, Jeenbekov will lay flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and visit Kyrgyzstan’s pavilion on the territory of VDNH in Moscow.
