Pyongyang Catfish Farm

Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Catfish Farm in the DPRK has directed big efforts to further improving its material and technical foundation for pisciculture. The farm completed a bulking food production process and established a system of adjusting water temperature for the production of fries. Its technicians settled a lot of technical problems and made tens of technical inventions to normalize the production on a high level. In October last year, supreme leader Kim Jong Un visited this farm and indicated the tasks facing it. He called upon it to produce 2 000 tons of catfish in a year and apply advanced technology so as to reduce the fish food consumption unit and the production cost as much as possible in a short period. -0-
