Qatar Ministry Of Business And Trade Launch System For Stock Companies General Assemblies

Doha , March 25 (QNA) - Under the patronage of HE Minister of Business and Trade Sheikh Jassim bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani, the Ministry of Business and Trade launched Monday a new system in charge of managing the meetings and procedures of General Assembly Meetings Of Joint Stock Companies. HE the Minister, officials from Qatar Chamber of Commerce and the Qatari Businessmen Association were present at a meeting today held to provide an insight into the works of the system. The system was launched in cooperation with Barwa Real Estate Company. HE the Minister thanked Barwa Real Estate and the authorities of the Ministry for working to produce the new system, stressing that the Ministry was working on reshaping all of the legislation to create a better business environment in the country, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030. HE Sheikh Jassim bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani noted that the Ministry is keen to back all initiatives that serve the aforementioned goal. (QNA)
