SOME 100 SERVICEMEN STUDIED AT RUSSIAN ACADEMIES OF CIVIL DEFENSE AND FIREFIGHTING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Brigadier-General G.Ariunbuyan, First-Deputy Head of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), received Thursday cadets from the emergency service units who are studying at Russian academies of civil defense and firefighting, and gave to them directions. In the academic years of 2016-2018, 13 cadets are studying at these academies, and 14 Mongolians will enroll in the academies this year. Servicemen of the NEMA have been studying at the Russia’s Firefighting Academy since 2001 as well as the Civil Defense Academy since 2008. As of today, some 100 servicemen have studied at the academies, the NEMA officials said. B.Khuder
