South Jakarta Immigration Detains 60 Foreigners

Jakarta, July 5 (Antara) - The South Jakarta Immigration office has detained 60 foreigners who were staying at the Kalibata City Apartment on Thursday (July 4) night. "We heard the foreigners often disturbed the residents," the South Jakarta Immigration Office head of surveillance Anggi Wicaksono said here on Friday. Anggi explained the residents of Kalibata City Apartement have signed the letter of statement that insisted the foreigners often not behaved well and unruly. He insisted the local administration will not hesitate to act decisively to the foreigners. "We will deportation foreigners who break the rules," Anggi said. Before the raid on Thursday night, the officer has given the foreigners a warning while doing inspection at moment ago. The inspection called "Operasi Walet" has been targetted to the foreigners who often disturbed the residents.
