Sports Day volunteers meet

Manama, Feb. 5 (BNA): The organising committee of the 2018 Bahrain Sports Day had a meeting with a team of volunteers contributing to the event, which is due to take place on February 13. A total of 35 volunteers attended a joint meeting with officials of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, the organisers of the Bahrain Sports Day, who made a presentation on the upcoming occasion that is organized in the Kingdom for the second consecutive year.  Mohammed Al Mudaweb, Arab and International Relations specialist at the BOC, presented the programmes that will be staged during the event, and informed the volunteers on their tasks throughout this day-long activity. It’s worth noting that Bahrain celebrated the 2017 Sports Day with more than 80 activities and involved more than 110 citizens and expat volunteers.
