Suspects held for abduction, physical assault

Manama, June 1 (BNA): General Director of Capital Governorate Police announced the arrest of people suspected of abducting and physically assaulting a man. He said that the case was reported by a man who said his brother had been kidnapped by a group of men in Sitra and who asked for ransom. An investigation was launched and the suspects were identified and arrested after obtaining a warrant from the Public Prosecution. They confessed the charges against them and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.
