Hajj Ministry: Decision Issued to Facilitate Arrival of Yemeni Pilgrims to Perform this Year's Hajj, Perform Umrah from Sana International Airport to King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah

Jeddah, June 15, 2023, SPA -- The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that the Saudi government had launched a bid to facilitate the Hajj journey and ensure the safety and security of pilgrims from Yemen to support the brotherly Yemeni people.
This contribution aims to alleviate their suffering, help them to realize their hopes and aspirations for peace, development and prosperity and meet the needs of Yemeni people residing in various regions of the country.
In facilitating their performance of Hajj and Umrah events, a decision was made to enable the arrival of Yemeni pilgrims for this year's pilgrimage and Umrah from Sanaa International Airport to the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. These measures are similar to other land and air border crossings with Yemen.
This effort is an extension of Saudi Arabia's keenness to facilitate Hajj for Yemenis wishing to travel through Sanaa International Airport as part of the efforts and initiatives of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah aimed at facilitating the performance of Hajj and Umrah from all Arab and Islamic countries.
