III International Children's Folklore Festival "Nariste" kicks off in Bishkek

Bishkek, June 1, 2023. / Kabar /. The grand opening of the III International Children's Folklore Festival "Nariste" took place at the Kyrgyz National Philharmonic in Bishkek.

Mayor of the capital city of Bishkek Emilbek Abdykadyrov congratulated the participants with the opening of the festival and the International Children's Day.

The large-scale event will be attended by representatives from India, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, St. Petersburg, Tyva, Bashkortostan, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Also, the winners of the I open Bishkek Delphic Games from 7 regions of Kyrgyzstan.

Within the framework of the festival there will be performances of folklore dance and instrumental ensembles of the Kyrgyz Republic and guests of the capital, creative meetings in schools, concerts, master classes, a scientific and practical conference, exhibitions of folk applied arts, presentations of innovative projects in the field of culture and applied arts, a tour of historical and cultural sites of the city, visit to Issyk-Kul.
