Iraq Football Association Supports Saudi Arabia’s Bid to Host World Cup 2034

Baghdad, October 05, 2023, SPA -- President of the Iraq Football Association Adnan Derjal has emphasized his full support for Saudi Arabia's bid to host the World Cup 2034.
In a statement to Iraqi News Agency, Derjal said, "The Saudi Arabian Football Federation's bid to host the World Cup is a big step for all Arabs and we must support it with all our capabilities."
Derjal added that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia possesses all the necessary capabilities to host the world-class tournament and deliver a memorable World Cup that will bring the football world together.
