Iraqi President Meets Minister of Labour

 

 

Geneva, June 15 (QNA) - HE President of the Republic of Iraq Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid met Thursday with HE Minister of Labour Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri the President of the 111th session of the International Labour Conference (ILC), on the margins of the World of Work Summit in Geneva.

During the meeting, they discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation relations between the two sister countries in the fields of work and ways to develop them, and emphasizing joint and continuous coordination to support prospects for cooperation.

The two sides also discussed the most important topics of the World of Work Summit and the 111th session of ILC in light of the various challenges that negatively affect the global labour market at a global level. (QNA)
