Iraqi Prime Minister Receives Minister of Foreign Affairs

Baghdad, October 09, 2023, SPA -- Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, received Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, at the Presidential Palace in Baghdad, Iraq.
At the outset of the meeting, the foreign minister conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the Iraqi Prime Minister, and their wishes for the government and people of Iraq for further progress and prosperity.
The Iraqi Prime Minister sent his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, and to the Saudi government and people.
During the meeting, they reviewed the relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them, in addition to discussing various regional and international issues of common interest.
Saudi Ambassador to Iraq Abdulaziz Al-Shammari and Director General of Foreign Minister's Office Abdulrahman Al-Dawood attended the meeting.
