KSrelief and KRCS Sign Cooperation Program to Secure Medicine for Sudanese Cancer Patients

Riyadh, September 6, 2023, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed today a program of cooperation with the Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) to provide a financial contribution of $1 million to secure medicine for cancer patients in Sudan.
The joint program aims to bolster the humanitarian efforts to help the Republic of Sudan by securing medicine for cancer patients and donating bags with personal hygiene items shipped from the Kingdom to the port of Port Sudan.
The agreement was signed by Assistant Supervisor General of Administration and Finance at KSrelief Dr. Salah bin Fahad Al- Mazroa and Secretary-General of KRCS Maha Barjas Hamoud Al Barjas.
Attending the signing ceremony were Advisor to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of KSrelief Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Kingdom Sheikh Sabah Nasser Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority Dr. Jalal Al-Owaisi.
