KSrelief Inaugurates Voluntary Medical Program for Open-Heart Surgery and Catheterization in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, October 03, 2023, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched the Voluntary Medical Program for Open-Heart Surgery and Catheterization in Kyrgyzstan, being held September 29 to October 7, with the participation of 30 volunteers, in cooperation with the Muslim World League.
Since the start of the program, the voluntary medical team has performed four open-heart surgeries and 22 therapeutic catheters, which were all successful.
The project comes as an extension of the various voluntary medical programs implemented by KSrelief in a number of needy countries to provide treatment to low-income individuals and families.
