KSrelief Launches Voluntary Medical Program for Adult Cardiac Surgery in Kano State, Nigeria

Kano, June 11, 2023, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched yesterday the voluntary medical program for cardiac surgery for adults in the state of Kano, Nigeria. Organized in cooperation with the Muslim World League, the program is carried out with the participation of 16 medical specialists.
Governor of Kano State Abba Kabir Yusuf and several employees of the Nigerian Ministry of Health attended the launch of the program.
Since the beginning of the program, the volunteer medical team has performed two successful surgeries. The program is an extension of the various voluntary medical programs implemented by KSrelief in several countries to provide treatment to individuals and families with limited income.
