BEST HERDERS AND AGRICULTURAL WORKERS NAMED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The list of best herders and agricultural workers was finalized by the Cabinet on January 31. The full list has named 136 ‘State Best Herders’, 10 ‘Twice Winners of State Best Herder’, 9 ‘State Best Dairymaids’, 5 ‘State Best Farmers, 9 ‘State Best Agrarian Organizations’ and 21 ‘State Best Agrarians’, who have fulfilled the criteria for the awards. The youngest herder to receive the prestigious title is 32 years old whereas the oldest is 85. Authorities of 21 aimags nominated 171 candidates for the ‘State Best Herder’ title and 13 candidates for the ‘State Best Dairymaid’ title. The best herders and agricultural workers will receive their awards before the Lunar New Year from members of the Cabinet and Parliament. Kh.Aminaa
