Kyrgyzstan’s share in SCO budget reduced

Bishkek, Oct.3, 2018. / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security reviewed and approved on Tuesday a draft law on ratification of an agreement on the procedure for the formation and execution of the budget of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Minister of Finance of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev said that in connection with the entry of India and Pakistan into the SCO, the organization’s budget has changed. Under the new agreement, the share of Kyrgyzstan in the SCO budget is reduced from 10 to 8.8 percent.
