Kyrgyzstan introduces two-week quarantine for visitors from South Korea, Japan, Iran and Italy

Bishkek, Feb. 26, 2020 / Kabar /. The Kyrgyz Ministry of Health has decided to quarantine citizens arriving from South Korea, Japan, Iran and Italy, the press service of the ministry said. The Health Ministry, taking into account the situation in other countries on coronavirus, on Feb.24 decided to amend the algorithm of actions developed in accordance with the clinical guidelines of the World Health Organization. Thus, given the unfavorable epidemiological situation in some countries, along with citizens of the People’s Republic of China, as well as coming directly from Wuhan, all visitors from South Korea, Japan, Iran and Italy will be taken into quarantine for 14 days (the list will be supplemented depending on the epidemiological situation in the world).
