Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan thanks CIS News Agencies for their support in covering III WNG

Bostery, Sept. 6, 2018. / Kabar /. Deputy Minister of Culture of Information and Tourism of Kyrgyzstan Ainura Temirbekova thanked the leaders of the News Agencies of the CIS countries for the active coverage of the Third World Nomad Games.
At the opening of the XXV meeting of the Council of heads of state news agencies of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which is now taking place at the Nomad amphitheater in Bostery village in Issyk-Kul coast, she delivered a welcoming remark in which she noted the importance for Kyrgyzstan of information support and partnership.
"We are glad that a lot of other events are taking place in the framework of our event. We heard about your close interaction and are very pleased that this meeting is taking place in our country. I hope you will take away a bit of heat from the Kyrgyz people, and return home with good memories," she said.
She also said that the World Nomad Games was planned in 2012 to contribute to the development of nomadic culture and the popularization of national sports.
"This year we strengthened the cultural component of the Games. We were not mistaken in offering authentic content to the world. Athletes from 70 countries of the world take part in the Games this year in 27 kinds of sports, and the cultural program has included the performances of 28 countries," Temirbekova said.
She noted that all the ongoing events have positive feedback from both the media and the tourists themselves. In this regard, she stressed the special role of the guests of the meeting in supporting the spread of the project, which Kyrgyzstan cherishes very much.
In turn, the meeting participants thanked the Kyrgyz side for the warm welcome and appreciated the initiative to hold a meeting in the resort area on the shore of the beautiful Issyk-Kul Lake.
