Woman's Decomposed Body Found Behind Temple In Taiping

TAIPING (Perak, Malaysia) Oct 22 (Bernama) -- A highly decomposed body of a woman was found behind a temple in Zenith Park, here Thursday. Taiping district police chief ACP Osman Mamat said a member of the public alerted police of the discovery at about 7pm. "Police could not establish the identity of the decomposing body as only some cash were found in the victim’s purse," he said when contacted Thursday. Osman said the Perak contingent D10 forensic team is in the midst of investigating the cause of death adding that so far no missing person report has been lodged. -- BERNAMA
