Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Highlights Wise Leadership's Keenness to Provide Best Services for Hajj

 

 

Doha, February 20 (QNA) - HE Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanim affirmed on Monday that the State of Qatar's wise leadership attaches great importance to providing the best services to Qatari pilgrims for the coming Hajj season to facilitate their performance of the religious duty.

    Speaking at a meeting with a number of Qatari pilgrims who performed Hajj last year, His Excellency said that the Ministry is making all efforts, harnessing all capabilities and means of support Qatari pilgrims, in coordination with the relevant authorities, to enable the pilgrims to perform the rituals in the best conditions. 

    The Ministry is facilitating procedures, and assisting all applicants for Hajj, while emphasizing keenness on the readiness and safety of residences for Qatar's pilgrims, according to the highest standards to provide the best services to the country's pilgrims, His Excellency said. 

    His Excellency the minister was briefed on the pilgrims' opinions and suggestions regarding the services provided by the Ministry's Department of Hajj and Umrah Affairs, and the facilities provided to them since the opening of registration for Hajj through the website (hajj.gov.qa), and receiving the pilgrims' calls and inquiries, and providing the immediate assistance to them through Hajj hotline (132), as well as the Qatari Hajj mission's services provided in the Holy Land during the Hajj season, and until their safe return to the homeland after performing the religious duty.
