Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Inspects Camps of Qatari Pilgrims in Mina and Arafah

Makkah Al Mukarramah, June 25 (QNA) - HE Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem, Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission, made an inspection tour of the camps of Qatari pilgrims in Mina and Arafah, after the preparations of the camps were completed and distributed to the campaigns. The visit aimed at learning about the readiness of the campaigns to receive the pilgrims and provide all the facilities and services that help them to perform the rituals smoothly and safely.
The Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission stressed the keenness of the wise leadership on providing the necessary care for the country's pilgrims along with the best services, and making ready all means of comfort and safety to help them perform the hajj.
During the inspection tour, His Excellency was briefed on all the preparations in the camps and was assured of the functioning of the work mechanism according to the plans developed by the specialized support units to provide all services throughout the days of Hajj in the camps in the holy sites.
HE Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem praised the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving the pilgrims, noting in this context the cooperation of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the concerned authorities in the Kingdom with the Qatari Hajj Mission and their keenness to facilitate the work of the mission and facilitating all matters and procedures to serve the pilgrims of Qatar.
During the inspection tour, the Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission was accompanied by HE Consul General of the State of Qatar in Jeddah Rashid bin Saeed Al Khayarin, Deputy Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission Ali bin Sultan Al Misifri and members of the advisory committee and heads of the mission's support units.
