Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources Delegation Visits Germany to Discuss Ways of Promoting Cooperation

Riyadh, August 23, 2023, SPA -- A delegation of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, led by Undersecretary of the Ministry for Human Capacity Development Eng. Fares Al-Saqaabi, recently held several talks with senior officials of the German Ministry of Economy in Munich within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the industrial and mining sectors and exchanging experiences in the development of human capabilities.
The delegation also discussed prospects for cooperation with the University of Munich for Applied Sciences to view the educational curricula and academic programs offered by the university in a number of majors related to the industry and mining sectors, and to view the training programs at the IHK Center.
During the meetings, the importance of the historical relations between the Kingdom and the Federal Republic of Germany was emphasized, and a number of issues of common interest were discussed, especially in developing human capacities in the industrial and mining fields, and ways to advance bilateral relations to achieve common visions and interests between the two sides.
