More Than 3 Thousand Participants In Middle East Forum On Quality & Safety In Healthcare 2023

Doha, March 12 (QNA) - More than 3,000 healthcare cadres are participating in the activities of the Middle East Forum for Quality and Safety in Healthcare 2023, which is organized by Hamad Medical Corporation in cooperation with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in the United States of America, from March 16 to 19, with personal attendance and virtual participation (remotely). The forum, 10th edition of which is being held this year, is considered the largest forum of its kind in the region dedicated to the quality of health care, as its program witnesses the participation of a group of the most prominent international and local health care experts. The forum focuses on the issue of the health care system's ability to adapt in exceptional circumstances, through five learning paths. The forum includes field tours during which participants learn about the key role played by the health care sector in hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, with a focus on specialized care for athletes during the tournament and preparedness to respond to major incidents during the World Cup.
