PM Affirmed, During His Meeting With The UAE Minister Of Energy, The Government's Keenness To Provide A Safe Investment Environment

Baghdad / NINA / - Prime Minister Muhammad al-Sudani affirmed the government's keenness to provide a safe investment environment, especially that Iraq today represents a promising investment destination.

 The Prime Minister said, during his meeting today, Saturday, the Minister of Energy of the United Arab Emirates, Suhail Al Mazrouei, who heads his country's delegation participating in the (Development Road) conference held in the capital, Baghdad, that the current government has drawn an integrated approach to develop the basic sectors in the country.

 A statement by his media office indicated, "During the meeting, they discussed the relations between the two countries, especially those related to energy, which represents an important and vital sector, including industries and future investments.

 He added, "The economic and investment opportunities offered by the development road project were also reviewed, and its future positive repercussions on the economy of Iraq and the countries of the region./ End
