“PM’S30 MINUTES” MEETING HELD IN CULTURAL CENTER FOR YOUTHS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Founded in 1987, the Cultural Center for Youths (CCY) has been fully repaired. Before the repair, the CCY’s building was misused for many years since 1990, renting some of its rooms for various services that are not for youths. On Thursday, the Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag attended an opening of the CCY which has been furnished with contemporary designs. He held the “PM’s 30 minutes” weekly meeting at the center, saying that money of MNT 2 billion has been spent for the CCY’s repair works, from the PM’s package of MNT 50 billion. The repair and furnishing works were performed by the “Khansh gan-Erdene” company, he added. The Premier pointed out repairing of the youths’ center was one of the works done by the cabinet for preparing healthy and educated young people, and invited all the youths to spend free time in this center. The center provides youths with an opportunity to organize all kinds of cultural and arts measures and to hold training on youths’ development and development of young families, and on healthy life. In addition, it has a library, rooms for singing and dance training, an exhibition hall and concert hall with 650 seats.
