ABOUT CABINET DECISION ON APARTMENTS PROGRAM

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A regular cabinet meeting on Monday made decisions on granting people mortgage loans. In frames of the "100 thousand apartments" program, the cabinet intended to issue a special regulation for those who want to buy first time apartments of less than 50 square meters with the six per cent interest per year. At this meeting, the decision changed the size of apartments square to 55 meters, so that more people can choose apartments from 9,017 flats. For the time being, 79,486 flats have been palnned in the "100 thousand apartments" program. B.Khuder
