AUSTRALIAN GENERAL CONSULATE OPENS HERE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Australian General Consulate in Ulaanbaatar ran its inauguration ceremony on October 2. This event has been attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Australia, Mr Bob Carr, who is paying a working visit to Mongolia, and by the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Mr D.Ganhuyag and other officials. This opening ceremony has coincided with the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Australia, besides, it will trengthen ties between the two nations and contribute to the culture and economic relationship.
