Azerbaijani President starts Siyazan visit

Azerbaijan, Baku, July 19 / Trend / President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Siyazan district as part of his tour of the country`s Northern part. The Head of State laid flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city center.
