CAPITAL BANK WANTS TO ISSUE MORTGAGE LOANS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ At the cabinet meeting on Wednesday, the Minister of Finance D.Khayankhyarvaa introduced a proposal from the Capital Bank on cooperating in granting a six-percent interest mortgage loan to low- and middle-income people. The the cabinet arranged that the Capital Bank should issue mortgage loans from its own and the DBM's sources. A first-step financing for the programme were raised from the DBM by trading bonds of USD 580 thousand with the governmental guarantee on March 21 this year. B.Khuder
