COAL MONGOLIA - 2012 FORUM STARTS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Coal Mongolia 2012 forum kicked off on Thursday in the "SS" convention center. It has attracted some 100 delegates of investors and producers at the coal sector of Mongolia and world. The Vice Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy Ts.Garamjav; and the ambassadors of the USA, Canada, China and Russia addressed the forum. Then Ch.Khashchuluun said in his report that the economic competitiveness rating of Mongolia has gome up to 96th place among 142 countries. Another report was given by J.Bat-Erdene, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development themed "Supporting the mining sector with a policy of road and transportation".
