CRIMES RISE
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Nationwide, some 11,200 crimes were registered in the first half of this year increasing 1,082 crimes or 10.7 per cent against 2011.
It happened due to the rise in crimes against the right of ownership (721), against the rules of safety of traffic and use of motor vehicles (162), against human life and health or physical well-being (153), against environmental protection rules (57).
Four thous. 260 people were injured and 503 died due to these crimes. A number of the injured increased 202 people or 5.0 per cent and a number of deaths declined by 67 people or 11.8 per cent against 2011.
