DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER B.BATTSETSEG INVITES HER AFGHANISTAN COUNTERPART

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Deputy Foreign Minister B.Battsetseg received Non-resident Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to Mongolia Jana Mosazai on April 2. The latter will present his Letter of Credence to the President. Deputy Minister expressed her gratitude for Afghanistan's approval of the agreement on establishing an international research center for developing landlocked countries and requested to expand multilateral cooperation between the two countries. Moreover, she invited Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan H.E Hekmat Khalil Karzai to participate in the international conference themed ‘Developing decision-making mechanism in foreign policy: Example of Mongolia’ which will be held on April 25-26 in Ulaanbaatar and handed over her invitation to the Ambassador. In his turn, Ambassador J.Mosazai expressed gratitude to Mongolia for supporting the UN efforts to stabilize situation in Afghanisan from the beginning and he said he will actively work towards expanding bilateral relations and cooperation in all sectors.
