DIPLOMATIC TITLES AWARDED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Pursuant to a decree of the President Ts.Elbegdorj, diplomatic titles were awarded on Thursday to diplomats, on occasion of the 100th anniversary of contemporary diplomatic service of Mongolia. The titles have been accompanied by the Golden and Silver Gereges (Paiza). The title of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary has been given to senior diplomats D.Luvsanrenchin, B.Orsoo, G.Dashdavaa, L.Udval, B.Nyamaa, Sh.Gungaadorj; to the Foreign Minister G.Zandanshatar, and to a head of the Standing committee on security and foreign policy Ya.Batsuuri. The title of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary has gone to D.Tsogtbaatar, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; R.Altangerel, a director of the Diplomatic Protocol Department; to Ch.Battomor, a director of the Law and Treaty Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; to D.Bayarkhuu, an Ambassador to Egypt; to Ts.Jambaldorj, an Ambassador to Australia; to D.Gerel, an Ambassador to the Republic of Korea; to L.Orgil, the Permanent Representative to the UN Office at Geneva; and to D.Boldbaatar, a former Permanent Representative.
