DRAFT AMENDMENT ON CHANGES IN CABINET COMPOSITION ADOPTED

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A plenary meeting of the parliamentary session on Wednesday passed the draft amendment to the law on changing a current composition of the cabinet by its first discussion. A conclusion on the draft from the Standing committee on state structure was presented by M.Batchimeg MP. Since there were no controversial suggestions, a majority of the MPs (89.4%) adopted this draft to the law on changing the cabinet composition and related to it bills. Then the MPs decided to transfer drafts of other 12 laws and resolutions, which reflect duties of cabinet members and terms of related Ministries, to the Standing committee on state structure in order to have it prepare them for a final discussion.
