FM MEETS BUNDESTAG MEMBER

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Bold held on Tuesday a meeting with Ms Dagmar Enkelmann, a member of the Bundestag (parliament) and chief of the parliamentary group of Mongolia and Central Asia. He shared views with her on the bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation and spoke about results of the 2012 parliamentary election, activities of the Mongolia-Germany parliamentary group at the newly formed parliament, and then conveyed a greeting of this group's head to Ms Enkelmann. The sides noted that the ties between legislative bodies have been playing a main role in the bilateral comprehensive partnership. They talked about intensifying the ties and keeping a frequency of high level mutual visits, and agreed to organize visits of the vice president of the Bundestag to Mongolia in the first half of 2013, and of R.Burmaa, a chairwoman of the Mongolia-Germany inter-parliamentary group, to Germany.
